DMSLite Dashboard
DMSLite dashboard maintains a summary of all the important information to the user. Links to recently used files, workflow notifications, alerts on file activities, saved searches etc. - All such useful information is displayed on the dashboard. User can customize the information displayed on this screen.

Drag and drop interface
Select files or folders and drag and drop at the required destination just like windows interface The left panel displays all the DMS contents in a tree navigation structure so that the user easily understands where the file exists and where it needs to be moved

Real time searching
With real time searching viewers can start seeing the search results as they type the keywords in the search bar. This makes searching faster as the user may see the required result even before typing the complete keyword

Smart File Uploader
The smart file upload tool makes file uploading and batch file uploading smart and convenient, users can select file from different locations and upload them in one go. Newer versions can be updated automatically and keywords can be added after succesful upload

Limited And Secure Document Access
The IP Restriction tool can be used to restrict the users to use the DMS lIte from a specific range of IPs. The admin can set the restriction when the user is created. The same prroperty can be allied to group privelegies.

Right Click Menus
The users can access useful shortcuts like cut, copy, mail, rename, properties, etc using the right click menus on files and folders. This makes document management easier and more convienient. The properties shortcut displays all posible information on the file.
