Save Searches

 

Users access only a certain set of files at any given time. Similarly user searches are also restricted to certain phrases in any time window. Using this information, a concept of saving searches is developed. Using this feature, everytime a user performs a search and gets relevant results, he can save the results for future reference. He simply to needs to save the results under a name of his choice.

 The next time he logs into the application, he will see the saved searches on the application dashboard and by clicking it will be see the results that appeared previously.

This is a time saving feature that gives the user a chance to quickly search and review data items that he had worked for in the past
