Mailing files
Mailing files is simplest and fastest with DMSLite as you can directly mail it without having to download it to your desktop and attach it. Also no external mail client is required to mail the files.
An option to mail is present on the right click menu of all files. You simply need to select the mailing option to be able to mail the file to any other application user. This method uses an internal messaging system integrated in the DMS.
The option to mail a file is displayed only to the members with suitable access. This ensures that only authorized users have the rights to mail a file to any other user. Files can also be zipped together to make the mailing faster.
