This area on the application dashboard displays the documents and files that were recently accessed by the user. These files are displayed as clickable links so that user can open them directly from the dashboard. The file is displayed with its parent folder name

Based on access privileges, high level users are shown the activity in the folders owned by them. They can immediately know which user has uploaded, downloaded, modified or moved files in the folder.

Users can immediately know which documents are currently locked by them. A notification is displayed on the user dashboard informing them that they have currently locked some documents. By clicking this notification they can view all their locked documents, irrespective of the folder, on a single screen. DMSLite ensures that users can view only the content which they have access to. Every time a user logs in the application looks-up the rights of the users to generate a user’s screen based on the access rights.
