DMSLite provides a ‘set alerts’ feature to all users which informs them every time a change is made to the file or folder they selected. They will receive a notification that the selected files was edited, deleted or moved. Information on when the activity took place and which user performed the change is also displayed in the alerts.
The notification alerts are displayed on the application dashboards of the users as well as the an email is sent to their default mailing address. This way the user can always stay informed on the state of the file or the folder.
