Every user in the DMSLite document management system sees a perdonalized dashboard. This page shows the files and information that is most relevant to him. During the time the user works using the DMSLite system, our system is busy gathering important information on the access patterns of the user understand which files and folders are most important to him. Based on each users historical access data, the application displays links to the most useful files on the dashboard. These file shortcuts let the users quickly open and work on the files they need without having to search for them again.
