Drag and Drop Interface

DMSLite document management system lets you drag and drop files across the file system.

The complete file system is displayed as a tree in the software . Simply holding a file and dragging it to another place changes the location of the file just like in windows interface. This makes the moving of files faster and easier for the users.
Folders and mail messages and mail folders can also be dragged and dropped just like files making it easy to relocate all the files contained in them. The relocated items follow the same access rules as their new parent folder ( until these rights are changes explicitly).

Importing data from the hard disk to the DMS is also possible by the installation of a simple plug-in. This makes document transfer from to the document management software faster and easier.
