The reporting and analysis module of DMSLite acts as a strong management tool for the application administrator. An array of report depict the resource utilization snapshot and file access patterns. Users can define custom parameters time, reports by file, user etc. Some the inbuilt application reports are listed below:
Complete usage report
Generate user login and logout statistics to monitor application usage for all application users. Each user entry is time stamped.
User wise login report
Dig deep into individual usage records using the user wise login report. Select a user and view his log between selected dates
Activity Log By file
Monitor all the activity that takes place on a file on a single click. View the entire history on when and who created the file, when was it updated and by whom.
Activity log by user
Monitor all file activity of a specific user. Know what files he accessed, created or deleted. Each activity is time-stamped.
File Storage
View the application resource usage snapshot using this report. Know when space needs to be freed in the application or infrastructural changes need to be made
Version History
Select a file and view its entire version history. See which user created which version.
