Contact Management

DMSLite has an elaborate contact management mechanism. These contacts can be used for the messaging using the message center module in the document management system.

 All the software system users are stored as contacts in the message center. Their mail addresses and contact information is stored in an address book maintained by the application.
Users can search for the contacts using real time search mechanisms or use traditional sorting and filtering options. 

The application administrator has the right to activate or deactivate a user contact. Once a user is deactivated his contact information will no longer be displayed to other users using the software.
