Administration from a single dashboard
Administering a system cannot get simpler than this. DMSLite administration dashboard displays all the vital statistics of the application to the administrator in a single screen. The administrator in turn has complete control over the application. He can create and manage users. He can deactivate them when an employee leaves the company.
The administrator is the owner of all files and folders in the application. He has access to the complete file and user activity and can modify file or user access right in a single mouse click. He gets updates on all file and folder related activity on the dashboard.
The administrator defines how many versions of each file will be stored in the system. He can also restored deleted data back into the system.
The default administrator file cannot be deleted but the default administrator can create new administrators in the system.
